Help!!!!

This is one of my favorite memories from my 10 years as a Stampin' Up! demonstrator.  Several years ago I had the awesome opportunity to attend a special event for top level demonstrators.  We were treated to a Disney light show, and then had a section of Disney World  to ourselves for the evening.  We could ride the Tower of Terror and Rock 'n' Roller Coaster as many times as we wanted.  Yummy Disney treats were everywhere for the taking.  Mickey and the gang hung around to take photos with everyone.  Finally, we left with a photo frame to hold a picture remembering this magical night.

I am planning to celebrate Stampin' Up!'s 30th Anniversary  this November in Orlando.  We were given a hint that, once again, the top level demonstrators will attend a special Disney party.

Here's where I need your help......  I need to sell $3,000 in Stampin' Up! merchandise by the end of September to get back to the eligible level.  This is more than I have ever sold in the same time period - but I am determined not to miss out on this fun opportunity!

Won't you consider making a small purchase to help me reach my goal?

Delightful Cards

These are cards we made at my Catalog Kick Off event last weekend.  They are so easy to make - but are also so stunning.  They are made using the Delightfully Detailed Laser-Cut Specialty Paper.  It comes in 12x12 sheets, and I cut the paper into 4x6 pieces.  Everyone cut around the pieces that they wanted to use on the card front.  The pieces that are left could be used on the inside of the card.  I was able to make both of these cards using one 4x6 piece of the Laser Cut Paper.

We stamped greetings from the new stamp set, Itty BItty Greetings.  My sample cards were made using Coastal Cabana and Merry Merlot card stock.

Below are cards that were made by 3 of my stampers.

Leighanna covered the entire front of the card and added some white twine.  She also used Balmy Blue to make her card.  Isn't it pretty?

Kelly and Nancy both used Merry Merlot - and they both are beautiful on the dark Merry Merlot Cardstock.

Please join me on Sunday July 15 for my annual Birthday Bash. This year with BINGO!  More details are on my Stampin' Up! Website.  This is always one of my popular events.  Yes, we are celebrating my birthday - but YOU will go home with lots of gifts!

Catalog Launch - Project 2

This is the second card we will be making at my catalog kickoff.  These cards feature several "returning" colors of card stock and two brand new colors.  As always, I like to show different ways to make the same card - so that everyone goes home with cards they like and that they will use.  This card features the new Lovely Floral Dynamic Textured Impressions folder.

There are still spaces available in both of Monday's make up classes where you can make the same projects that we will make on Saturday.

Catalog Kick Off - Project #1

This is one of the projects that we will make at my catalog kick-off event, this Saturday, June 16.  The 3x3 cards were inspired by Mary Fish.  They are made using the new In Colors Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!, coordinating ribbon, and the new stamp set, Itty Bitty Greetings. These cards are perfect for attaching to a gift bag or small gift.  The best thing about this project is that you can make the cards to suit your needs by experimenting with different backgrounds and using different greetings.

I am working a two other projects for Saturday - so check back on Friday to see them!

CLICK HERE for more information about Saturday's stamping event and to RSVP.

Only the first 6 people to RSVP will make the coordinating envelopes and cute pizza box to keep them all in - so RSVP now!

Bring a friend who hasn't stamped with me in the past year, and choose a retired stamp set from my collection for FREE!  Or if YOU haven't stamped with me since last June - then YOU can pick a stamp set for FREE.

Congrats Grad - part 2

Here are two of the graduation cards I made this year. They were inspired by Pinterest, but I tweaked them a bit.  I wanted to include a gift card or check (we debated about whether the HS grads would even know what to do with a check!)

I made them the colors of the graduation announcement that we received.  For the first one, I used a quarter sheet (4 1/4 x 5 1/2) of Real Red card stock and glued a thick whisper white card (cut a little narrower) to the red card stock. The letters were cut using the Large Letters framelits and the "congrats" was cut from the SUNSHINE WISHES THINLITS DIES.  The balloons were punched from silver foil paper and red glimmer paper.

I used a retired greeting inside, and made an area where I could tuck in a check.

For the purple and gold card I used a half sheet of the new Gorgeous Grape cardstock, and cut the white piece to leave a 1/8 inch border.  Although I usually add embellishments in "threes", I thought the 2 balloons off to the right looked better.
This time I put the check on the top inside of the card, and added a graduation hat from a retired set.

Congrats Grad

I had three graduation cards to make this year - and this is what I came up with - thanks to some inspiration from Pinterest.

The first one was for a graduate from the Virginia Military Institute.
This card was made using the VMI colors, the large number thinlits, and retired stamp sets.  Sadly, the large number thinlits just retired in May.

Speaking of retired.....I will have lots of retired Stampin' Up! products for sale at my Catalog Kick Off event on Saturday June 16th.  I want to introduce you to Stampin' Up!'s new colors.  They did a complete "refresh" with the new catalog.  Although I will miss some of the colors that retired - there are many new colors that I love.  AND some of my past favorite In Colors have come back as part of the Core Collection.

Please visit  MY WEBSITE for more information about my catalog kick off event.

Check back on Monday for details about the other graduation cards.

If you choose to place a minimum $30 order BEFORE June 16th using the hostess code: FX6CAQGS you may attend the catalog launch for FREE!

If you are out of the area, I will send you the completed projects we make at the event, with a minimum $30 catalog order placed before June 16th.
