These cards are made with Stampin' Up!'s new In Colors, which you will be able to order TOMORROW July 1st, when the 2011-2012 Idea Book & Catalog goes live! Everyone who stopped by during my "Get the Scoop" event last weekend, made one of these cards. Anna will be receiving a FREE PACKAGE of the assorted In Colors card stock, because she was the winner of my new catalog games!
This is another card that was made at my "Get the Scoop" events. This is a quick and easy card made using the new Pennant Parade stamp set and the new Pennant punch.
Check back to see the Christmas cards that you will be able to make at a Christmas in July Stamp A Stack on July 23rd! Details on my Stampin' Up! Website: http://www.stampinup.net/esuite/home/kathywinter/

You're Invited to "Get the Scoop"
I usually try to send handmade invitations to my annual "Get the Scoop" event, but I have been super busy and just haven't had the time. I just got back yesterday from visiting family in PA for a few days (after taking Emily to catch her flight to Costa Rica.) When I got home, there were THREE boxes of Stampin' Up goodies waiting for me. I made this card using the stamp set "Pennant Parade" from the new Idea Book and Catalog. I also used one of the new punches to cut out the triangles for the cones.
Consider this your (not so ) personal invitation to stop by my house on Saturday morning - anytime between 10-4 or Sunday between 1-4. I will have copies of the new catalog for you to look at, and you will be able to make a few projects using new stamp sets, card stock, ink and accessories from the new catalog. I also have some fun games for you to play. Free goodies for attending!
This event is FREE and no purchase is necessary; although this will be your last chance to order retiring stamps and accessories from the 2010-2011 catalog.
Please visit my Stampin Up website (click on the link below or the link in the left side margin) and RSVP, so I will have enough supplies for everyone to make all the projects. Contact me if you need directions to my house.

My First "Solo" Post
Emily will be leaving on her first (of three) summer trips in 6 days! She has been giving me a crash course in blogging……..and this is the first post I did entirely on my own. Hopefully she will have time to teach me a few more tricks before she leaves. (As you can see in the picture above, I need to learn how to crop the photos.)
These cards were made using the new “Strength & Hope” stamp set from the summer mini catalog. From now through August 31, Stampin’ Up! will donate $2 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation every time someone purchases this set. At our May stamp club meeting, members could choose which of these cards they wanted to make. The "Blushing Bride" pink card was the favorite of most ladies. The butterfly card was a close second, with two club members changing the color scheme from Poppy Parade to Rose Red and Rich Razzleberry.
The last two cards were made using Crumb Cake, Baja Breeze, and Early Espresso cardsock and inks.
Thanks for visiting my blog. Contact me if you would like to order this set.

May Club Card #1
This card was made using the new Blossom Bouquet Triple Layer punch. This is a really cool punch from the new summer mini catalog. This punch has three settings: one punches a solid flower shape, the second punches a smaller flower and a thin flower outline/ring, and the third setting punches a detailed flower piece. It is fun to mix the different shapes. Brads, buttons, and pearls add a finishing touch. Here are some of the cards my club members made. (I didn’t remember to take photos at all of the meetings- sorry!)
Don't forget you have until the end of June to purchase retiring stamp sets and accessories.

Last Chance
Stampin’ Up announced the stamp sets and accessories that will be retiring. Check the lists on my website here:
This is a quick and easy card made using the builder wheels found in the summer mini catalog. It is easy to mass produce if your child has several teachers! My club girls also made a bookmark using a giant paper clip, the Tart and Tangy stamp set, and several punches. (The smallest oval punch used on this card is on the Last Chance list!) The Tart andTangy set was one of the sets I demonstrated at my very first workshop – over 3 years ago and is now about to retire. Here are some other projects I made using this set:
Stamp sets will be available through the end of June, but all accessories are “while supplies last.” Many of the retiring accessories are discounted up to 40%, so don’t wait to place your order! You can order directly from my online store. Don’t forget to check the clearance rack for more great deals while you are there. You can also contact me to place your order.
Now for a project…………….
This was one of the cards and bonus projects my club members made at our May meeting.
