It's Paper Pumpkin Time!

This week I was filming a video to post on Facebook for my virtual catalog launch.  I was showing December's Paper Pumpkin kit - and after I was finished showing everyone all the bits and pieces - I just had to put this kit together.  It was a super quick and easy kit - and I made the cards as they were designed - except I gave the Koala the heart to hold and the Red Panda is holding the flowers.

This kit contained 12 cards - great for birthdays, Thinking of You, and Get Well wishes.  I think the little critter holding a heart would be perfect for Valentine's Day, too.  Now I will be ready again - to start sending cards out to friends and family.  I got behind when I started sending out Christmas cards, and then I got further behind when I started making projects with new products from the Jan-June 2021 mini catalog and Sale-a-Bration brochure.

Below are close ups of each card.

Sign up by January 10th - that's Sunday - to receive the Januay kit, "Sending Hearts."  This kit contains supplies to create 8 cards - 4 each of 2 designs.  CLICK HERE to sign up for a month to month subscription.  Only $22 a month, SHIPPING INCLUDED.  You may cancel at any time.

This month also has an add on kit - in case you are looking for mini treat boxes for Valentine's Day.  The add on kit is called, Little Love Boxes and the price is $8.  CLICK HERE to see the add on kit - and other past kits and refills that are only availabe to current Paper Pumpkin subscribers.

You may want to consider purchasing a pre-paid subscription to Paper Pumpkin.  With a 3, 6, or 12 month subscription, you could earn Free Sale-a-Bration products.

Sand & Sea Suite Collection

I am so excited to share my favorite suite from the January - June 2021 mini catalog from Stampin' Up!  It is the Sand and Sea Suite Collection.  I just love anything to do with the beach, and I have a lot of other stamp sets with sea shells, but this one is really unique!  The Friends are Like Seashells stamp set, the Seaside Seashells dies, and the Seashells 3D embossing folder all coordinate.  Watch the video to see how these products work together to make beautiful cards.

Here are the cards I feature in the video.

Get a free PDF tutorial with product list, measurements, and instructions for making these cards - when you purchase the Friends are Like Seashells stamp set or bundle.  You can buy the products in the suite individually, but you will save 10% if you purchase the stamp set and the dies bundled together.

Click on any image below to get more information about the product and to add it to your shopping cart!

During the months of January and February 2021 - you can earn free products with a qualifying purchase of $50 or $100.  CLICK HERE to see those items.

Today is the day you can begin to order from the new January - June 2021 mini catalog and earn products from the SAB brochure.  I had catalogs sent to customers - but none of them have arrived yet!  I know some of my priority packages have not arrived at their destination yet - so I don't know when the Post Office will get around to delivering catalogs.

In the meantime, you can view the catalog and Sale-a-bration brochure on my webiste by clicking HERE.  If you are local, and have ordered from me in the past 6 months,  I do have a few catalogs here that I can give  you.

Happy New Year!

No surprise that I am late wishing you a Happy New Year!  I believe that I have a pretty good excuse - I've been super busy creating projects to share with you from the Jan-June 2021 mini catalog and Sale-a-Bration brochure.  The catalog goes LIVE tomorrow and Sale-a-bration starts then as well.  You can earn exclusive stamp sets and Designer Series Paper packs with qualifying orders.  I've been giving sneak peeks at some of the products in a private Facebook Group, 2 Sisters Stamping.  As you may have guessed, my sister is co-hosting the catalog launch with me - so you are getting DOUBLE the amount of sneak peeks.  It's not too late to join the fun - just CLICK HERE to see all the products we have been sharing, and to have a chance to win prizes!!!

These cards were made using the PLAYING WITH PATTERNS Designer Series Paper from the Stampin' Up! annual catalog.  This is a pack of 6x6 paper (48 sheets - 4 each of 12 double sided designs.)  Such a great pack of paper for making cheery and festive cards.  Match it with the coordinating card stock colors and you can't go wrong!

You may have noticed that on some of these cards I kept the small banners straight, and on the other cards I placed them on an angle. I added a small piece of GOLD FOIL CARD STOCK to the right edge of the DSP and matted the greeting using the Gold Foil as well.  Do you know where I got the Happy New Year sentiment?  It's from one of my favorite stamp sets, ITTY BITTY CHRISTMAS.  I just inked up the "Happy New Year" from one of the stamps using a Stampin' Write marker

Supplies needed to make these cards:

  • Calypso Coral, Coastal Cabana, Crushed Curry, Night of Navy, or Purple Posy card base 5-1/2 x 8-1/2, scored at 4-1/4
  • Playing with Patterns Designer Series Paper, cut 3-3/4 x 5
  • Gold Foil Sheet cut 1/2 x 5  and 7/8 x 2-3/4
  • Whisper White for the greeting 5/8 x 2-1/2
  • Night of Navy Stampin' pad
  • Itty Bitty Christmas stamp set
  • *I added some retired gold sequins to the front of the card

I think it is easy to use the photo to assemble this card. The small banners under the greeting are made with scraps of the card stock and DSP.  I punched the ends using the BANNERS PICK A PUNCH  The longer banners are 2" and the shorter are 1-1/2"

If you have any questions, please EMAIL me and I would be happy to help you!

Click on any item below for more information about that product or to add it to your wish list or shopping bag in my online store.
