April 2019 Stamp Class Projects

I had my May stamp classes over the weekend - with the last class being held tonight.  I realized that I never posted the projects we made at my April stamp classes.  I have been trying to use retiring products - since they will only be around until June 3.  The new Stampin' Up! catalog goes live on June 4.  It is filled with WONDERFUL new products.  But there are also a lot of good stamp sets going away.

The Z fold card in the back was made using Designer Series Paper from the retiring In Colors collection.  The other projects were featured on previous blog posts HERE and HERE.

Happy Bird Day, Emily!

I made this card for my daughter's birthday.  She has a thing for flamingos, so when I saw this retired stamp set for sale, I couldn't resist buying it just for making her a special card! 

The card below is the card I made for my son's birthday in April.

Apron of Love

We made cards using the Apron of Love stamp set and coordinating dies at my April stamp classes.  I was trying to use stamp sets that are retiring at the end of May.  Of course this is one that would be great for Mother's Day.  Below is one that would be great for Dad.

Humming Along

These cards were made using the Humming Along stamp set by Stampin' Up!  This set is in the 2019 Occasions Catalog - and will be retiring at the end of May.  This is a great set for using the Blends markers by Stampin' Up!  I filmed a video showing how to make the card on the left - and included lots of tips.  I posted the video on my business Facebook page yesterday.CLICK HERE to go watch!
