I belong to a Stampin' Up! demonstrator training group - and every week a sketch challenge is posted. I have completed a few of these challenges in the past year - but this year I decided to try to take the challenge EVERY WEEK! I find the sketches very helpful if I am having trouble designing cards - especially when using new supplies.
The card above is actually made with a "Last Chance" scrapbooking workshop kit from Stampin' Up! - but since it is still availabe to purchase (while supplies last) - I thought I would make the THREE 2-page layouts in the kit (which I will share later.) I had supplies left over - so I made this cute card. I will put it in my already growing stash of Christmas/holiday cards - to send out next Christmas.
Below is the sketch I used as inspiration to make my card.
If you are a Stampin' Up! demonstrator and are interested in joing a fun training group - reach out to me and I will give you the information about this group. It is a paid membership group - but the information shared is worth every penny. And I have met some great people who I can't wait to meet in person at On Stage! in March. (That's Stampin' Up!'s annual convention.)
If you are interested in joining Stampin' Up! - and want to join my team - you can get all the details HERE. There is a great joining special from now through February 28th - so even if you just want to buy SU products at a discount (which you can do as a hobby demonstrator) then NOW is the time to join.
Here is the scrapbooking kit that I used to make the card above.
