Happy Birthday to you!

This is the first card we made at my August stamp club classes.  I saw the idea on Pinterest and prepped it for my BIRTHDAY BASH IN JULY.  I thought it might be a little too detailed for a larger event - so I saved it to make with my stamp club ladies.  I used a retired embossing folder on the border, and some retired Calypso Coral Designer Series Paper for the largest circle.  The butterfly is from the stamp set  Papiillon Potpourri and the greeting is from a past Paper Pumpkin Kit.

The great thing about having a PAPER PUMPKIN SUBSCRIPTION is that I get an exclusive stamp set (not sold anywhere else) each month, along with everything I need to make fun paper crafting projects.

And what's even more exciting is that right now, through September 10, you can get your first two months at half price.   That's only $9.95 a month- when you use the promo code HALFOFF.  After that the price is only $19.95 a month - and shipping is included,  If you are not happy with the kits you can cancel at any time.

Below is another version of the club card, using different Designer Series Paper and a different greeting from the same Paper Pumkin stamp set.

VISIT MY STAMPIN' UP! WEBSITE to shop 24/7 and to see my calendar of events.  I will post classes as soon as I can get my hands on soccer and school schedules!

The New In Colors!

This is one the cards we made at my "Get the Scoop" stamping event.  It was a chance to stop by to make 3 cards using the new In Colors from Stampin' Up!  These colors are a great addition to our already fabulous collection of card stock and ink.  For the above card I used the hexagon punch to cut the cardstock strips into banners.  The flowers were made using one of the punches from the new punch pack.

The card below uses the star punch from that pack, and shows another way to make a card using the same strips of paper.

My regular stamp club meetings are coming up this weekend. I would love to have you join me! Some of the sessions are already full.  So don't miss out!  CLICK HERE to see my class schedule and then CLICK HERE  to RSVP or to set up a private class for you and your friends!
