Below is a card  I made using one of the new Sale-a-bration sets, Patterned Occasions.  The little frame is made using the Dotted Scallop Ribbon Border punch.  The card stock and ink colors are Primrose Petals and Pool Party.  The ribbon is Pool Party - part of the free ribbon/buttons bundle you can get for FREE with a $50 order during Sale-a-bration.  The Designer Series paper is called More Amore, from the new Spring Catalog.
