Saturday Sketch #19

Here is the card that I made using the weekly sketch from a demonstrator training group I am in.  I fussy cut the flowers and leaves from the new Florals in Bloom designer series paper.  I layered the flowers on a Blackberry Bliss circle, cut using the Spotlight on Nature dies. I embossed a piece of Bubble Bath card stock, then layered it on a Blackberry Bliss mat.  The card base is Petunia Pop.  I couldn't figure out where to add a sentiment to the front of the card - nothing looked right to me.  So I added a bow and embellishments to the card front - to fill in some of the empy space.

Saturday Sketch #16

 

Here's a card I made for a sketch challenge.  I used ON THE GO Designer Series Paper for my card.  This paper is part of a suite collection that is an Online Exclusive.  This means you will not see it in any catalog.  There are A LOT of great items that are available online only - so please be sure to check them out! 

Other items I used to make my card are the Textured Notes dies (another online exclusive!) and the Spotlight on Nature dies.

FYI - I fussy cut the suitcase, passport, and umbrella from one of the designer papers.

The "Relax and Enjoy" sentiment is from the stamp set, Notes and Totes.  This is a stamp set that you will be able to purchase beginning May 6, 2025.  It is featured in the new Annual Catalog - and is one of the first bundles I purchased during the demonstrator pre-order.  I can't wait to feature this stamp set in a future post.
