This is the first card we made in my February Stamp Club meetings. We started with a piece of glossy card stock. Then we tore a piece of wide painter's tape and secured it to the top and bottom of the glossy card stock. We inked up the brayer using Regal Rose ink, and rolled it across the area not covered with tape. Next we used Black Stazon ink and a stamp from the Fifth Avenue Floral Stamp set, to stamp a random pattern across the pink inked area. Then we carefully removed the tape, stamped a greeting, layered it on a piece of black card stock and then onto a Regal Rose card. Everyone loved this technique, and Stampin' Up's beautiful glossy cardstock!

January's Stamp Club Project
We will be making this calendar in our stamp club meetings this month. Each month has its own page and all the pages fit inside a CD case. We will be using lots of different products and techniques to make the calendar.
Can you see the new stamps that I used to make the April and May calendar pages? One is from the new Occasions Mini Catalog and one is from this year's Sale-a-Bration catalog. I have lots of other new stamp sets and supplies to show you. This is the club meeting you do not want to miss!!!!
Go to my Stampin' Up website kathywinter.stampinup.net and RSVP to one of my club meetings!

Happy New Year 2012!
Happy New Year! I made this card last night and hope to make several today and mail them tomorrow! I am determined to send more of my hand made cards this year - instead of just hoarding them in my craft room! This is a quick and easy card to make. You could use your favorite colors and switch the sentiment for celebrating a birthday, graduation, or any special event.
These are some of the Christmas Cards I managed to send (a little late) to out-of-town family and friends. I designed most of these cards for classes, workshops, or stamp club meetings last year.
Please contact me if you would like more information about stamping classes, clubs, or workshops!

Stamp Camp - September 24th
We had so much fun at the last Stamp Camp that everyone wanted to do another one! So, join Linda and me at our next event on Saturday September 24, from 9am to 4pm at Hope Lutheran Church. Make 8 Christmas cards (two of each design pictured above) for $15. You can make extras of these and/or other cards for all occasions for only $1.50 per card. Come and go as you please throughout the day. Prepay to make sure we have supplies for you to make these cards. Pay $10 at the door and make 5 cards plus $1.50 for each extra card you make. There will be food, chocolate, and door prizes! Remember to bring your favorite adhesive. We will have the SNAIL adhesive and refills for sale that day. As always, bring a friend!
