The first 15 people to sign up and pay will be guaranteed a spot in the "Card in a Box" class.  Others will be able to make the card if time allows.  Check back in a few days to see what a card in a box looks like.  (I'm still working on samples.)

My Cookies predicted the Super Bowl Winner - again!

Yesterday was our 3rd Annual "Soup"er Bowl Stamp Camp.  I made the cookies above as one of the desserts - the orange sprinkles represented Denver and the blue sprinkles represented Seattle.  I didn't tell anyone that was why they were decorated that way.........so when they were choosing their cookie, they were subconsciously choosing their favorite team.  Although I didn't take an "after" picture, I did count the cookies that were left and more people chose the blue cookies, which meant they picked Seattle as the winner!  I did the same thing last year with the Ravens and the 49ers, and my stampers got it right that time, too.  You can see that post by CLICKING HERE.

Below are photos of Linda and Lynne getting everything ready for our stamping event.

We had 24 stampers come to make 12 all occasion cards and to enjoy a bowl of home made soup.  It was a fun way to spend the afternoon, and we made it home in time to watch the Big Game.  Looking forward to doing it again next year!

Stamp Camp Options 3 & 4

Here are some more cards you can make at my Stamp Camp on Saturday. These would be great for summer birthdays, or for just keeping in touch with a friend. They are made using the Polka Dot Punches Stamp set, which was a Sale-a-Bration set. If you missed out on getting this set, I have an extra set that I will give away FREE, to the first person who places a $50 minimum order (before s/h and tax) by April 28th. You must place your order through me (and not on my website.)

Recipe:
Stamp Set: Polka Dot Punches; Think Happy Thoughts
Cardstock: Tempting Turquoise, Only Orange, Green Galore and Whisper White
Ink: Tempting Turquoise, Only Orange, Green Galore
Accessories: Scallop circle punch, 1 3/8 “circle punch, 1 1/4” circle punch, purchased brad, dimensionals

Here are samples of Father’s Day cards. The green one will be my SWAP at our demonstrator’s meeting on Tuesday night, but you could make the blue ones, or another color combination using “Manchester” designer series paper and coordinating cardstock.

Stamp Camp- Option #2

Here is another card you can make at my Stamp Camp next Saturday (April 25th, Make four cards for $5) I CASEd the idea from this blog. I will try making this card using different color combinations. I added a "Chit Chat" rub-on to the bottom of the card, but you could stamp a sentiment or just leave it blank.

Cardstock: Kraft Base, Real Red (2 1/2 x 5), Pacific Point (2 x 3 1/2) Black (2 1/4 x 3), Whisper White (2 x 2 3/4)

Ink:Real Red and Old Olive Stamp n Write Markers

Accessories: Paper Pricing Tool and Mat Pack, Chit Chat rub-ons, dimessionals

Stamp Camp- Option 1

These cards were made with Bella Rose designer paper and coordinating cardstock, ink and ribbon (Riding Hood Red, Kiwi Kiss, Pink Pirouette, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White). The stamp set is "For a Friend", a retired hostess set.

Make this set of four cards (with envelopes) for only $5!

As always, you can mix and match the paper and stamped images.
