Wishes for a Blessed Easter

Happy Easter!  This is one of the cards we made at my stamp club meetings this month - a CASE of a card I saw on Pinterest.  I pinned the idea from Julie Douglas, who was inspired by Carla Blake.

Creative Escape Part 3

Your chance for a Creative Escape is coming soon!  On Saturday, April 5 I will be hosting an all day craft event.  You can come and work on your own projects from 9 am - 7 pm (or any part of that time!)  Or you can just take a class.  Or better yet - do both and save $5 on the class!  Below are some of the pages from the "Scrapbook in a Day" class you can take.  You will receive a beautiful 8x8 album, and all the supplies needed (except adhesive) to make 20 complete pages.  Drop  your pictures in the album when you get home.  Makes a great gift!

Creative Escape -part 2

Then you need to come to my Spring Creative Escape at Hope Lutheran Church on Saturday, April 5th.  I will be hosting an all day craft event.  Throughout the day I will be teaching this class for just $20 - all supplies included.  

Below are some of the pages inside the journal:

 Surprised?  The inside pages are beautiful and interesting and will be fun to write on!  The journal is divided into 5 sections - each with a pocket page where you can keep cards to send to the people you are praying for.

The Spring Creative Escape will also include other classes, including a super cute Stationary Board with coordinating cards.  CLICK HERE to see that project.

Get Ready for a Creative Escape!

I hope you will join me for an all day Spring Creative Escape on Saturday, April 5.  Bring your own projects to work on and spend the entire day being pampered with special treats and chances to win prizes.  You will also have the opportunity to make some fun projects at a discounted price, including the project above.  It is a Nautical Theme Stationary Board with coordinating cards and envelopes.  This project was designed by, and will be taught by Barry Webster.  If you have never taken one of his classes - you are in for a special treat.  His projects always have extra fun details and you will learn a few tips and tricks while working with him.

Below are two close ups that I hope will show you the special details Barry adds to his projects.

This class will be offered at 10 am on April 5, and then again at 4 pm.  Space is limited to 5 people per class session - so sign up quickly!  Registration and prepayment is required.
