Stamp With Me in November!

Please join me at one or more of my November stamp classes.

Saturday November 18 - 10 am

In this class you will get a chance to try out the brand new Stampin' Blends markers!  Make the 4 cards below and see how easy it is to color with these fabulous new markers.  Look how cute the envelopes are for these cards!  Class fee is $10 OR only $5 with minimum $20 order.

Saturday November 25 - 10 am

Make 8 beautiful Christmas cards (2 of each design below) for only $15.  Or make 16 (4 of each) for only $25.  These all have beautiful felt embellishments that may require additional postage when mailing.  Space is limited to 6 people. Receive a FREE Stampin' Up! Christmas gift from me when you pay for class using PayPal.  (Contact me first to  make sure there is space available!)

Sunday November 26 - 1 pm

Make 3 of the cards below plus a bonus card (that you will love) AND learn how to stamp on a candle!  Class fee for 4 cards and a candle is only $10 or FREE with a minimum $25 order.

From All of Us

The director of the preschool where I work asked if I would make a card for the daughter of a former teacher at our school who is fighting breast cancer.  I used some pieces from October's Paper Pumpkin kit to make the leaves and small tag on this card.  The card base is a full sheet of Crumb Cake  card stock folded in half - so there was plenty of room inside for everyone to write a personal note.  I stamped the leaves on the card base using Crumb Cake ink.  The strip of paper along the side of the card is from the Painted Harvest Designer Series Paper.  All products are from Stampin' Up!  The "Thinking of You" stamp is retired - but one of my all time classic favorites.

Here is the inside - I stamped some leaves and a verse from the Rose Wonder stamp set on Whisper White card stock and attached to the inside of the card, before I passed it around for everyone to sign.  I hope it will help her to know we all care about her and are praying for her.

Silver Anniversary Wishes

Last month my husband, Cliff, and I celebrated our 25th anniversary.  We took a long, scenic drive from Virginia to the Canadian side of Niagara Falls - for a second honeymoon.  One of the highlights of our getaway was celebrating with a dinner at the SKYLON TOWER.  We had a delicious dinner with a great view of the American Falls from 775 feet above.  I planned on giving Cliff this card at dinner - but I was so excited with the dinner and gorgeous view, that I completely forgot.  So I gave it to him when we got back to our hotel.

Anniversary Wishes

This is a card that I made for my nephew and his wife's third anniversary - which is today.  I'm sorry this is not the best photo - I snapped it on Monday morning in my kitchen before I put it in the envelope to mail.    I used the new Pool Party Stampin' Blends to color the blue background behind the chairs.  The chairs were cut out of paper from the Wood Textures Designer Series Paper Stack  using the Adirondack chair die from the Seasonal Layers Thinlits.

Below is a one minute video to introduce you to the new Stampin' Blends markers.  They are alcohol  based markers that are great for shading and blending smooth lines, when coloring stamped images.
