How cute is this card? I found the idea on Pinterest when I was preparing for my Birthday Bash. It was designed by another Stampin' Up! demonstrator, Carol Arneson. There were too many details on this card to make it at a large stamping event - so I decided we would make this at my club classes.
The words "birthday" and the white dots on the orange balloon are actually embossed using Versamark ink, white embossing powder, and Stampin' Up!'s
heat tool. It has been a while since we have heat embossed in my classes - but it is a popular techniques and adds a "WOW" factor to any project.
