Quick and Easy Cards using Designer Series Paper


Watch the video to see some quick and easy cards that I made using the double sided Designer Series Paper from Stampin' Up!  In the video, I feature two of the Jan/Feb 2021 Sale-a-Bration papers.  You only have a few days to earn these products for FREE with a qualifying purchase.  This special promotion ends on Sunday February 28, 2021.  But you can make the cards using almost any patterned paper.  (If you are viewing this in your email - you may need to click on the title to load the video.)

Here is the card I made in the video.  You may notice that I added a mat behind the greeting, to help it stand out a little more.



Supplies needed to make this card:
  • Night of Navy card stock base: 5-1/2 x 7-1/2; scored at 4-1/4
  • Playing with Patterns DSP: 4 x 5-1/4; cut off 1 x 5-1/4 piece and flip it over to glue on right inside of card
  • Purple Posy card stock scrap to stamp greeting
  • Seaside Notions stamp set (for greeting)
  • Night of Navy stamp pad
  • Tailored Tag punch
  • Adhesive, including Stampin' Dimensionals
  • 3 x 5-1/4 piece of Basic White card stock for inside card

I like them all and it's a great tip to calm down an over powering pattern with a smaller design.
